Are there any harmful side effects or pain during or after the treatment?

None. Not only is our treatment painless, our clients look forward to the relaxing experience. Our Microcurrent therapy is very relaxing and many fall asleep during the session. Afterwards, some clients feel euphoric, some schedule early in the day to avoid being too energized to easily fall aslpee; some describe themselves as feeling invigorated and alert.

Microcurrent does not rely on a thermal energy source like a laser; therefore there is no inflammation or redness, no need to heal before seeing results, and absolutely no downtime. Clients can resume their daily activities immediately.

How soon do I see results?

While other Microcurrent facial treatments proclaim individuals may see some minor changes after 3-4 sessions, and significant change only after 15-20 sessions, with our therapy you will see noticeable changes on your first visit.

Depending on the condition and the patient's level of pain, the effects of an FSM treatment for pain can last several days or longer. For acute injuries, lasting pain relief can often be achieved.

How many sessions are recommended for the full facial treatment? How often are the visits?

Most clients need 10-15 treatments for the face in order to achieve satisfying results. Clients typically need a minimum of three sessions in their first two weeks, followed by two sessions per week for two weeks until treatment is complete. Some clients unable to meet this ideal timeline have had success with treatments 1-2 times per week for a bit longer duration.

Those who are on a short timeline, such as approaching a wedding, may be treated with 3-4 visits per week. Once a client is satisfied with their progress, they reduce their visits to monthly maintenance in order to keep the results.

How long does each treatment last?

Each facial treatment session is approximately 50-60 minutes.

Medical FSM treatments for pain last approximately 60-90 minutes.

What equipment is used?

Our FDA approved Microcurrent machine takes advantage of low-level electrical currents to stimulate the facial and neck muscles. These mimic the body’s natural bioelectric currents. The Microcurrent passes through single or double special wands or electrodes to manipulate 32 of the 53 muscles of the face. The direct effect of this is called “Muscle Re-Education”.

How long do the results last?

The client’s cosmetic investment is preserved as long as s/he is receiving maintenance treatments every 4-6 weeks. If maintenance treatments were to stop for longer than 4-6 weeks, there is a risk of gradually losing those results.

Pain relief is often sustained and can last days or longer.

How much are the treatments?
